Terms and Conditions

Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be confirmed with a deposit that is set by our travel partners per agreement, ie cruise line, tour company which will be of the total package price.
• The remaining amount must be paid no later than stated due date before the travel date.

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made before the cutoff date or more before the travel date will receive a refund as outlined in your agreement.
• Cancellations made less than the stated cutoff date will not be eligible for a refund.
• If the trip had a special arrangement where the travel partner gave special arrangements or considerations, a refund may not be eligible for your trip, please inquire

Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance. The company is not responsible for any loss or damage without travel insurance.

Itinerary Changes

• While we make every effort to operate all tours as advertised, we reserve the right to change the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Liability

• The company accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, accident, sickness, or other unexpected events during the trip. Travelers participate at their own risk.

Travel Documentation

• It's the traveler's responsibility to obtain and carry all required travel documents, including passports, visas, and other necessary paperwork.

Health and Fitness

• Some of our trips may require a moderate level of fitness. It's the traveler's responsibility to ensure they're fit to participate.

Special Requests

• Any special requests, such as dietary restrictions or accommodation preferences, must be communicated at the time of booking.

Complaints

• Any complaints should be communicated to our staff immediately to provide an opportunity to address and rectify the issue.

Privacy

• We are committed to maintaining the privacy and security of personal information provided by our travelers.
